The most relaxing bar I've ever been to, yet it is THE place to be for Fat Tuesday, Halloween, etc. If you need to kill time in Iowa City, go to The Deadwood.
Dingy, smokey, and dirty, everything you would ever want from a hole in the wall bar. While you will find a strage variety of characters, and odd things written/drawn on the walls of the bathroom, this bar has the best drinks in Iowa City. The most amazing Bloody Mary I have ever had.
