Three Samurai Japanese Restaurant

This is the only place (that I know of) that has teppenyaki (chefs cooking in front of you) in the IC/Coralville area, and it is definitely worth the visit for that alone! You should get reservations for a teppenyaki table it that's what you want however, otherwise you may be waiting a long time. There is also a sushi bar here, and although its good, I have always found it to be a little lacking when compared to some of the other sushi places in town. The remaining Japanese entrees on the menu are excellent as well.
